1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Snake Project mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Membership & Venom Points

  • Venom Points (VP) are earned through event attendance, referrals, streaks, and purchases. VP cannot be purchased with money.
  • VP spending balance expires 12 months after earning. Total VP earned (for tier calculation) is permanent.
  • Tier status (Hatchling, Serpent, Viper, King Cobra) is determined by total VP earned and cannot be transferred.
  • King Cobra membership is limited to 50 members at any time.
  • 1 VP = 0.20 TRY when spending on ticket or merch discounts. Maximum VP discount: 25% on tickets, 30% on merch.
  • Snake Project reserves the right to modify VP earning rates, expiration policies, and tier thresholds with reasonable notice.

3. Event Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds unless the event is cancelled by Snake Project.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and linked to your account. QR codes are tamper-proof and single-use.
  • Snake Project reserves the right to refuse entry for safety reasons regardless of ticket status.
  • Event dates, lineups, and venues are subject to change. In case of cancellation, full refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Merchandise

  • Merch orders are processed through Stripe (international) or iyzico (Turkey). Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira.
  • Limited drops and tier-exclusive items are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.
  • Shipping times are estimates. Snake Project is not responsible for carrier delays.

5. User Conduct

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to abuse the referral system, create multiple accounts, or manipulate VP earnings.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward other members or staff will result in account suspension.
  • Event photography may be shared within the app. If you do not wish to appear in event photos, notify staff at the venue.

6. Safety Features

Snake Project provides safety tools including emergency alerts, safe ride home, and the angel shot protocol. These features are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a guarantee of safety. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services directly.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app. Account deletion permanently removes all personal data, VP history, tickets, and order records. This action cannot be undone.

8. Limitation of Liability

Snake Project is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or attendance at events.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
